Simone and Werner wanted a casually elegant, romantic, outdoor wedding. They said their "l do's" on the banks of the Gamtoos River, a place so special to them. With a beautiful bride, perfect weather and a breath-taking venue, this day proved to be the ultimate wedding day.
Purple was the main colour theme of the wedding. lt is a combination of red and blue, the warmest and coolest colours on the colour spectrum and is believed to symbolise both magic and mystery. Purple is the colour for people seeking spiritual fulfilment. Instead of using the traditional wedding bells to decorate the pews, they used purple sweet pea flowers. Offset against the white chair covers, the red carpet and luscious green banks of the River, it created a magical setting.
